The room, bed, wifi were very good. TV was easy to use. Breakfast was good with a variety of options. The location was good. Lots of restaurants within walking distance. It was about 2 blocks from the Dr's office (we walked there) & they let us leave our Jeep in their parking lot until after check out when we finished with the appointment. All staff we encountered were friendly, happy & helpful. Except for the issues below, which can be easily rectified, we were pleased with our stay. We would definitely stay there again.

We have stayed here numerous times now and the staff are fantastic! We really appreciate that they were HAPPY to provide us the special requests that we made while booking! Great location, and clean rooms. Ultimately we will always stay at this hotel when we visit Calgary because of the great customer service! They go above and beyond, which, in my opinion is the deciding factor to choosing a hotel for a holiday. Keep up the great work!! 👍👍

The hotel was at the edge of downtown, about 20mins walk from Calgary tower, but it was very close to the c train and an easy ride in if you didn’t want to walk. The room was clean and the bed large and comfortable . It was quiet. The breakfast was ample with a good choice of cooked foods including freshly made pancakes, fruit, yoghurt and oatmeal, and tea and coffee

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The man at the desk was so caring that he called within minutes of us getting organized in our room to ask how we liked the room and if there was anything that we needed. We needed more towels and one of us forgot a toothbrush and toothpaste and they were so kind to provide us with that no questions asked.

Check in was quick and easy which was nice. The staff were very polite, friendly, and helpful. The room was absolutely amazing for the price. The bed was incredibly soft and I loved how many pillows we had on our bed. The jacuzzi tub was amazing and loved that there was a swivel TV so I was able to watch a show while relaxing in the tub!
